In the mouth it is fresh, with soft tannins, and its medium body is well balanced. It has a bright, and persistently fruity finish due to it refreshing acidity.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Try to match this wine’s fruity, robust character with strong flavours. The tannins help cut through animal fat. Grilled or roast lamb with roasted vegetables, especially aubergine and mushroom. Barbecued or cured meats, ciabatta with caponata.
