There is no denying that Bordeaux is better known for its red wines, with as much as 90% of all wines produced in the region being reds. However, don’t be lulled into thinking that their white wines are to be missed. Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc, Colombard and Ugni Blanc all do very well in the region and many of these whites are truly worthy of their place at the table, none more so than this offering. Lime, green apple and passion fruit all come through with well-balanced acidity making this drop an absolute pleasure.
