Salice Salentino is ruby red with garnet reflections. On the nose it is very fruity with a prevalence of cherry and plum aromas. On the palate the taste is full and balanced with spicy notes and slightly toasted.
Perfect wine to accompany baked pasta, tasty first courses and second courses of meat such as mixed grills, grilled lamb, horse meat or meatballs in sauce.
